Planning your own wedding should be a joyful and exciting experience, so at Tracy Williamson Designs, we’ve perfected a 6 step approach to wedding styling, designed to take the stress and uncertainty out of your planning and ensure every detail of your big day is as unique as your own love story.  From your initial contact to the final touches on your big day, our process is simple and transparent, helping make your wedding journey smooth, enjoyable and truly memorable.

Contacting us is easy.  You can reach out to us through our website, phone or social media channels.  From the moment we receive your initial enquiry we will reply to any questions which you have as well as confirm our availability for your big day.

Step Two

CONSULTATION

Our consultation service provides the perfect opportunity to meet in person and learn all about you as a couple. We’ll explore how you envision your wedding day, from the look and feel to the styles you love and those you’d rather avoid. We’ll cover your priorities and help ease any concerns regarding themes, colour schemes, logistics, and timelines.

Though we may ask a lot of questions, we are here to listen. Every wedding we undertake is unique, and while we’ve styled hundreds of weddings over the years, we haven’t styled yours yet. It’s important to us that we get every detail just right for you!

To set the tone and style of your day, we’ll need to understand your vision. If you have a Pinterest board, magazine clippings, screenshots, or fabric swatches, please bring them along! These are essential ingredients in helping us visualise your ideas and form the foundation of our bespoke, tailor-made service but don’t worry if you haven’t formed a vision yet as we’ll also provide you with plenty of ideas and guidance.

Consultations typically take place at your wedding venue and last between 45 – 60 minutes. If you’re unsure about anything or just looking to hire a few items, we highly recommend booking a consultation. It’s the perfect time to explore your ideas in more detail, provide guidance, reassurance, and inspire you with fresh ideas too.

Alternatively, if you already know exactly what you want, we can skip straight to the booking process and get things moving for your big day!

Step Three

STYLING PROPOSAL

After our consultation, we’ll have a clear understanding of how we can help style your wedding. We’ll then put together a personalised proposal for you, summarising how we will bring your wedding vision to life together with an itemised estimate for our products and services.

Choosing the right wedding stylist is a big commitment, and we want you to be completely confident in your choice so if you have any questions or need to adjust anything, just let us know. We’ll work with you closely to refine your styling proposal, ensuring it’s aligned with your vision.  We will only move forward with your booking when you’re 100% confident and happy.

Step Four

OUR BOOKING PROCESS

Once you confirm that you’d like to proceed, we’ll send you a booking confirmation along with a link to our terms and conditions. To secure your date and chosen decor, we’ll request a non-refundable booking fee, which acts as your deposit. This guarantees that your wedding date and chosen décor are reserved, as we’re unable to hold dates or stock without the fee.

After your payment is received, we’ll email your booking confirmation and you can then relax, knowing that your venue styling is in expert hands.  Your big day will look stunning, and every detail will be beautifully managed.

Step Five

FINAL DETAILS APPOINTMENT

Around 6 – 8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final details appointment to confirm all aspects of your wedding styling.  By this stage, you should have received your RSVPs and met with your wedding coordinator, making this appointment quick and straightforward.
 

During the appointment, we’ll address any remaining questions, make necessary adjustments, and then email your final invoice as any remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding day.  This step ensures that every detail is perfected before your big day arrives.

 

Step Six

ON your wedding DAY

Our team will arrive at your wedding venue at a time agreed to begin transforming the space into your dream setting.  From the initial set up to the final touches, we will ensure that everything is flawless long before your guests start to arrive.  

Even though you may not see us in action rest assured that every last detail is executed with care.  Once your wedding is underway, we’ll leave you to enjoy your beautifully styled decor and will return the following day at a time agreed with your venue to collect our stock.
