HOW WE WORK...

Tracy Williamson

Step One

INITIAL ENQUIRY

Maybe your partner has popped the question or you have an event to organise and wondering what to do next. For some, organising an event is easy but for other people the planning and co-ordination involved can leave you feeling a little daunted and overwhelmed so we’ve decided to put you at ease and detail the steps involved if you hire us to style your wedding or special event.

Getting in touch with us is easy, you can contact us via the links below, phone or via our social media channels. Once we have received your initial enquiry we will reply to any questions which you have as well as confirm our availability for your date. We will also invite you to a complimentary design consultation with our design team.

Step Two

CONSULTATION*

Our consultation service provides the opportunity for you to meet us in person and it also allows us to learn more about you.

We will explore how you envisage that your wedding or will look like and feel, the styles you love and those you dislike, what your priorities are and also alleviate any concerns that you may have surrounding themes, colour schemes, logistics and timescales etc. Although it may seem like we ask you a lot of questions, we will also listen, as although we have planned 100’s of weddings and events in the past, we’ve not planned yours and it’s important that we get everything just right.

Setting the tone and style of your day is a crucial aspect of our design process so gaining an understanding of your vision is important to us. It is helpful if you could bring along your Pinterest board, any magazine cuttings, fabric swatches etc that you have gathered as they the essential ingredients which help us visualise what you are hoping to achieve and form the foundations of our bespoke, tailor made service.

*Consultations usually last between 60-90 minutes and take place at your venue at a mutually convenient time and date. If you are interested in hiring a few items then we strongly recommend booking a consultation where we can explore your ideas further and provide guidance and inspiration, alternatively if you know exactly what you require then we can proceed straight to the booking.

Step Three

STYLING PROPOSAL

Following our consultation we’ll have a much clearer idea of how we can assist you with the planning and styling of your wedding or event. We will then put together a proposal for you that covers the details of our meeting, together with an itemised estimate for our products and services.

If you have any questions or if you need to amend anything then do let us know and we will work with you to refine your tailor made package so that it’s personal to you and your wedding or event. From this you can then decide whether you wish to book our services. Hiring the right planner and stylist is a big commitment and we want you to be completely happy with your choice which is why we will only proceed with your booking when you are completely happy with your styling proposal.

Step Four

BOOKING

Once we have received confirmation that you wish to proceed with your booking we will send you our booking form, together with our Terms and Conditions which requires signing and returning with a non refundable booking fee. This ensures that we can secure your date and reserve the stock for your event as we are unable to hold any date or stock until these are received.

When we have received your signed booking form and your deposit we will send your booking confirmation and receipt and you can then begin to relax, safe in the knowledge that you have secured our services and that your venue will look amazing on your special day.

Step Five

FINAL DETAILS APPOINTMENT

Around 8 weeks prior to the date of your event we will be in touch to arrange an appointment to confirm the finer details such as final numbers of guests and arrival time and answer any questions which you may have. At this stage you should have received your RSVPs so the appointment should be a quick and straight forward process for finalising your invoice for payment which is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

Step Six

ON THE DAY!

We will arrive at your venue at a time which we agree beforehand with your event co-ordinator and begin styling your event. Even though you may not see us on the day you can be assured that we will arrive in sufficient time to set up, long before your guests arrive. Once our work has been completed we will leave you to enjoy your beautifully styled event and will return the following day at a time confirmed with your venue to collect our stock.
